Mr Uluomato'otua (Ulu) Aiono ONZM
Ulu’s background is as a high tech software entrepreneur, where he built his private company COGITA® into an international technology business. He now operates an angel investment / private equity company and has recently invested in biotechnology.

Director
Michael has held various Marketing, Technique and Operations Management positions internationally with Schlumberger Wireline Services over 15 years, and as Plant Engineer with Ford Motor Company.
Tu'u'u Maeta'anoa Mr Luamanu (Lou) Maea
Director
Lou has held previous positions as Finance Manager at CHT Healthcare, and an Auditor at Price Waterhouse Samoa, and as an Accountant in various organisations. His strengths are in: Financial Analysis, Governance and operational expertise.
Mr Mohammed (Mo) Khan
Director
Mo’s career involves extensive experience as a CEO/ Managing Director, GM and Company Director. His commercial experience is across broad sectors including fast moving consumer goods, consumer finance, numerous large retail sites, residential property development and utilities.
Dr. Pauline Kingi CNZM
Director
Doctor Pauline Kingi CNZM, Treasurer Manukau Urban Maori Authority. Pauline has extensive experience in the NZ Public Sector from former Department of Māori Affairs, Iwi Transition Agency through to Te Puni Kōkiri, the principal advisory agency for non-government on Maori Development. A Harvard educated barrister, solicitor and corporate director, her extensive community and public sector involvement has spanned over 28 years.
Sir Christopher Farrelly
Director
Sir Christopher Farrelly, former CEO Auckland City Mission. Prior to that, he served the Northland, Te Tai Tokerau region setting up partnerships between Māori Health providers, local hapu, and General Practitioners. A community leader and health administrator, he was the Auckland City Missioner for five years. During his tenure as Missioner, Sir Chris delivered significant change enabling the Mission to provide greater support to more people than ever before.
Mr Cori Barkle
Director
Cori Barkle, Principle Solicitor, Developments and Infrastructure at Auckland Council. Cori manages the legal aspects of Auckland Council’s largest property developments along with developing alternative infrastructure funding/delivery models. Cori previously worked as a Senior Associate at commercial and public law firm Buddle Findlay after working in various law firms in London.
Dr. Lorraine Skelton
Director
Doctor Lorraine Skelton, Project manager, researcher and Philosophy lecturer at Otago University. Lorraine brings 25 years’ worth of experience in project and change management with Mercury Energy, Carter Holt Harvey, The National Bank and Playcentre NZ, as well as extensive experience in research and governance, primarily in the technology, information and the construction technology sector.
Mr. Wayne Williams
Director
Wayne has an extensive background in financial management and commercialisation, with more than 25 years experience in the health sector, as Chair, CEO, CFO and GM Corporate. Wayne’s most recent management role for 6 years, has been CEO of Alliance Health Plus, a Pacifica-led Primary Care Organisation, based in South Auckland. He is passionate about the social determinants of health and sees a positive opportunity for change at Habitat for Humanity Northern.
